TRINITI advised the Estonian national airline – AS Estonian Air, in the sale of its 100% subsidiary AS Estonian Air Regional (EAR) to Fortaero BBAA OÜ. EAR, formerly operating regular passenger flights to Helsinki, St Petersburg, Tartu and Kuressaare, was divested in the course of the restructuring of the Estonian national carrier.
