Sale and Registration of a Business Jet

TRINITI advised an Isle of Man company with the sale of a Hawker 850XP Business Jet to Fort Aero AS, an Estonian air operator specialising in the provision  of charter flight services  and management of corporate jet fleet. The transaction involved registration of the aircraft in Estonia, setting up a security structure using the aircraft as security for the payment of the sales price and agreement of terms and  conditions for provision of chartered flight services to the seller with Fort Aero’s fleet of aircraft.
