Triniti Jurex played a key role in facilitating the investment process, assisting Gamedev Fund in negotiating and finalizing the terms of the investment agreement. The legal team also evaluated potential legal risks and structured the transaction. This venture comes at a time when the gaming industry is experiencing significant growth, and Triniti Jurex stands as a leader in this sector within Lithuania.
