Our client – the passenger transport company TOKS – has taken a significant step towards expansion. The company acquired a 42,000 sq. m transport hub in Vilnius, which will host a 300-space electric bus depot – the largest of its kind in the region.
This project will become a cornerstone of infrastructure, supporting not only TOKS’ growth but also the broader shift of public transport towards clean, electrified solutions.
