Mikolina Šoblinskaitė’s areas of specialization include, but are not limited to, corporate, contract, transport and insolvency law. She also specializes in dispute resolution. Through more than 5 years of professional practice, she has accumulated extensive experience in insolvency law, which allows her to provide a wide range of legal services in this area. She is also a co-author of the first and only Commentary on the CMR convention, dedicated to the Lithuanian shipping and transport sector.
