During the intensive programme, participants of Baltic Legal Tech Sandbox will deepen their knowledge of business development, knowledge of the legal framework, investment attraction skills, intellectual property protection strategy development and other business competencies to ensure not only a successful start-up but also sustainable long-term development.
In addition to skills development in the targeted areas, mentoring for the programme participants will also play a significant role in the Baltic Legal Tech Sandbox. “After working with start-ups for more than 15 years, I’ve discovered that mentorship is frequently a critical role in speeding a company’s growth. I actively mentor startups myself, as it is one of the most effective ways to solve problems and clarify the direction of the business. At the same time, it is a great opportunity to open a circle of contacts and find additional resources,” says Giedrė Čiuladienė, Partner at Triniti Jurex and Head of Baltic Legal Tech Sandbox.
During the Baltic Legal Tech Sandbox, startups will be advised and consulted by Triniti lawyers, who have a proven track record of assisting startups in scaling up. “We’ve aided the growth of a number of startups, and we began our work with innovative technology developers when the Baltic startup ecosystem was just getting started,” says Vilija Viešūnaitė, Managing Partner of Triniti. Oberlo, an e-commerce services company that was acquired by Canadian e-commerce business Shopify for USD 15 million, is one of the most significant cases. It was one of the first large-scale startup acquisitions in Lithuania. Triniti is currently involved in the startup ecosystem, working with startups such as Attention Insight, TRAFI, Deeper, TransferGo, Pixevia and many others.

Participants can apply for the Baltic Legal Tech Sandbox by filling in the application form until 15 November 2022. Selected applicants will be invited to an interview with a representative of the accelerator programme.
