Welcome to the Baltic Intellectual Property Summit 2018 on April 13 in Vilnius

We are pleased to announce that Baltic Intellectual Property Summit 2018 will be held on April 13, 2018 in Vilnius, Lithuania. BIPS 2018 is a high-level conference attracting IP practitioners to discuss the IP issues related to patent, copyright, trademark, design and new technologies. The conference seeks to contribute to presenting latest legislative changes as well as European and Pan-Baltic practices and development in all aspects of IP law. The conference aims to bring together leading academic scientists, legal practitioners and members of the Judiciary to exchange and share their experiences, research results and court practices about all aspects of copyright, trademark and design. The programme of the conference will focus on current advances in European and Pan-Baltic IP law regulation and practices. Special focus will be given to the challenges of protection of IP rights in digital era. The conference is being organized in close cooperation and partnership by Lithuanian In-house Counsel Association B.I.T.A., The State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius University Law Faculty and TRINITI Law Firm. The conference will be held in Vilnius University Library Scholarly Communication and Information Centre, Saulėtekio al. 5, Vilnius
